Chhaava Creates Box Office History with Massive Wednesday Collections

Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava continues its phenomenal box office run, capitalizing on the Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti holiday in Maharashtra. The film raked in a staggering ₹32 crores nett on Wednesday, nearly matching its opening day collection of ₹33 crores nett.

While most films see a drop after their first weekend, Chhaava has defied the norm, securing a place among Bollywood’s top six highest-grossing first Wednesdays of all time. Within just six days, the film has stormed past the ₹200 crore nett mark at the domestic box office.

With this momentum, Chhaava is well on track to surpass ₹400 crores nett. By the weekend, it is expected to become Vicky Kaushal’s highest solo grosser, overtaking Uri: The Surgical Strike. Directed by Laxman Utekar, this historical epic also stars Akshaye Khanna and Rashmika Mandanna in pivotal roles.
