The incident came to light after authorities received a tip-off regarding alleged drug consumption at the location.
Viral videos from the scene show Shine Tom Chacko attempting to flee, reportedly jumping from the third floor upon noticing the police. These visuals triggered immediate action, prompting the police to issue a summons for questioning.
