Hero Nani has captivated audiences with his outstanding performances in Dasara and Hi Nanna, two of his most acclaimed films released in 2023. The Natural Star is now aiming for top honors at the prestigious 69th Sobha Filmfare South Awards and the 12th SIIMA Awards.
The nominations for both Filmfare and SIIMA Awards for 2023 were recently announced, with Dasara and Hi Nanna securing the highest number of nominations. Dasara is leading with 8 Filmfare and 11 SIIMA nominations, while Hi Nanna has received 8 Filmfare and 10 SIIMA nominations.
Nani has been nominated for Best Actor for both Dasara and Hi Nanna. Additionally, the leading ladies, Keerthy Suresh and Mrunal Thakur, directors Srikanth Odela and Shouryuv, and music composers Santhosh Narayanan and Hesham Abdul Wahab have also received nominations in major categories alongside other talented artists and technicians.
The 69th Sobha Filmfare Awards South will take place in Hyderabad on August 3. Meanwhile, the 12th SIIMA Awards will be held at the World Trade Center in Dubai on September 14 and 15.
