It’s been a while since actor Nithiin had a theatrical release. His last film, Extra Ordinary Man, was released in December 2023. However, fans won’t have to wait long for Nithiin’s return to the big screen. The actor has two major releases lined up for 2025: Robinhood and Thammudu.
Robinhood is set to hit theaters on March 28, 2025, as confirmed by the filmmakers. Meanwhile, Thammudu, which is nearing completion, is currently in the final stages of production. The team has been working tirelessly, even during the festival season, to wrap up filming, with the climax sequence now being shot. Thammudu marks the Tollywood debut of Kantara fame Sapthami Gowda in a lead role.
Veteran actress Laya will be playing a key role in the movie, adding to the excitement around the project. Directed by Venu Sriram, known for his work in MCA and Vakeel Saab, the film is produced by leading producer Dil Raju under the Sri Venkateswara Creations banner. The film’s music is composed by Kantara music director Ajaneesh Loknath. Thammudu is expected to release in theaters in the first half of 2024, further solidifying Nithiin’s exciting comeback to the silver screen.
