Tollywood sensation Vijay Deverakonda is gearing up to make a strong comeback after a few box office setbacks with his upcoming film, tentatively titled VD12. Directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, the action-packed drama also stars Bhagyashri Borse, known as the “Mr. Bachchan girl,” in a key role.
The recent schedule of VD12 wrapped up after an intense month-long shoot in the scenic landscapes of Kerala. The film’s team captured major action sequences and pivotal scenes in this phase. After completing the schedule, Vijay met a large group of his fans in Kerala, celebrating with them by cutting a cake, taking selfies, and giving an emotional speech.
Addressing his fans, Vijay said, “VD12 is incredibly special to me. We’ve shot some amazing action sequences in Kerala, and the experience has been unforgettable. My dear Rowdies, we’re putting in all our effort to deliver the best theatrical experience for you.”
With VD12 marking an important phase in his career, fans are excited about what Vijay has in store. The film will feature music by star composer Anirudh Ravichander and is being produced by Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under the Sithara Entertainments and Fortune 4 Cinemas banners. VD12 is slated for release on March 28, 2025.
