When you don’t sleep properly, your mind becomes tired, and the moment you start reading, it demands rest again. Poor sleep quality also lowers concentration, memory power, and energy.

2. Studying in a Comfortable or Wrong Posture

If you’re studying on a bed, sofa, or in a reclining position, your body automatically relaxes and sends signals to the brain to sleep. Sitting straight on a chair with a proper desk setup helps your brain stay active and focused. Always maintain good posture and avoid lying down while studying.

3. Heavy Meals Before Studying
