Forehead Soother: Place both hands on your forehead with fingertips meeting at the center. Apply gentle pressure as you slide fingertips outward towards temples. Repeat several times.

Cheek Enhancer: Form an “O” shape with your mouth, then smile widely while maintaining the “O” shape. Hold briefly, then relax. Repeat to tone cheek muscles.

Eye Revitalizer: Position index fingers under eyebrows, applying light pressure. Squint eyes as if closing them tightly against finger resistance. Hold briefly, then release. Repeat to firm eye area.

Neck Firmer: Sit upright and tilt head back, gazing at the ceiling. Pucker lips as if attempting to kiss the ceiling. Hold momentarily, then relax. Repeat to tighten neck and chin muscles.
