1.Watermelon: Watermelon is a summer staple known for its high water content (over 90%) and refreshing taste. It is incredibly low in calories, with approximately 30 calories per 100 grams. Watermelon is also rich in vitamins A and C, as well as lycopene, an antioxidant that may have various health benefits.

2.Strawberries: Strawberries are not only delicious but also hydrating. With a water content of approximately 91%, they help quench your thirst while providing essential nutrients. Strawberries are also low in calories, containing around 32 calories per 100 grams. They are a good source of vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants

3.Pineapple: Pineapples are a tropical fruit that are high in water content and have several health advantages. Pineapple is a fruit that is juicy and tasty, with around 86% water content. About 50 calories are found in every 100 grams, and it is a great source of vitamin C, manganese, and the digestive enzyme combo known as bromelain.
